1. They closed the doors for customers at least 5 minutes early. This should not be the standard in retail, especially for grocery stores.
   The cashier opened the door to let someone out and acted like I wasn’t standing there and closed on me as I was asking if they were open.

2. I was at this Ralph’s today, 07.27.2024, around 12.55am. The closing time for the store was 1am, getting to the door, I was stopped by someone under the instruction of the lady manager, and I approached the lady manager hoping that she would reason with me, just buying a loaf a bread, she was not having it, that I believed was bad judgment and poor costumer service. In all honesty, I believed she did it because of my color. I am a black male.

3. Who ever hired or trained people. Did a bad job with this old lady behind counter for deli and food. Trying to get my usual chicken combo and has the audacity to give me attitude cause she didn’t ask if I wanted a the combo. Uhhh that’s your job and not your job to make assumptions. Read the first three letters of that word and that is what that wide old lady is. Then she is going to skim on the potato wedges after making me wait ten mins while she did nothing. Glad Ralph’s pays people to be lazy and rude.

4. I really upset for this sushi bar 😡 sushi chef very rude and when I saw she use hand without reusable glove she denied and loud get me out from there what kind of rude man ever seen before

5. To be honest and not too corny, 😉
   I love ❤ love, love this Ralph’s!! I’m often shopping at a different grocery store but I visited this location, due to the late hour, and Ralph’s being the only store open…Man am I glad I did!

   I love the flexible hours, open early and stays open late (12:00/1:00 on weeknights & at some locations until 2:00 am on weekends) which is so perfect for busy parents, working adults, students, and basically everyone who has a schedule to follow.

   I love the layout of the store!! I was greeted by plants and flowers, leading either to the produce department or towards the first set of home products, personal hygiene and dry food aisles.

   Next, comes the aisles right in the middle, freezers and refrigerators full of an amazing selection of items, followed by more aisles of dry foods and kitchen and home cleaning products. The aisles are doubled up (1 in the back and 1 in the front!!) So it really opens up the aisles adding lots of room for looking for items and navigating the aisle…which is so easy based on the overhead hanging signs showing what is in that aisle, such as: Dry Cereal, Snack bars, and Oatmeals/Hot Cereals. This makes it so easy to find what I need quickly. PlUS, the outside ring around the store is refrigerated through the whole store (starting in the produce, into the dairy section, around to the meat department, and then towards the back is cheese and it ends in the bakery/bread area!!)

   Lastly, I love ❤❤ love the savings. Plus, I found an item already on sale, with a QR code I could scan through the Ralph’s app, and receive an additional dollar off with the Digital Deal!! The staff was kind, inviting, and very friendly. 10 Star review!!!🎈🎉
