Kristan is my recruiter and she is absolutely amazing. I applied for a job last Friday and by the following Wednesday I have a job!! I have been applying to jobs on-line for almost a year and happened to apply to one through Express Employment. I received a response the next business day. Kristan is very enthusiastic and made me feel important and was excited to help me succeed. I strongly recommend going through this Employment agency!!!
Can never get threw always different locations answering even tho you call a specific location. Gives me interviews that never go threw just waists my time don’t understand what’s the problem.
I have not received employment due to my own experience but the help that I got from the Fresno branch was very satisfying. I called to seek employment but got a descriptive insight from Johanna (an interviewer) who explained to me what I should do and get ready for. Thanks to her I am more confident and prepared.

My apologies for this long review, but I wanted to share my experience with Express.
I wish I can write a rating below 1 because this staffing agency is a complete waste of time and energy to find a job. I had experiences with this agency a year ago to look for a job and they didn’t even bothered contacting me for any update for a job I was interested in even though they promised me they’ll contact me. I thought it was the end of it, but boy was I wrong.
Last month, they sent me a message that I’m a good fit for a job and they wished to talk to me about it. I was hesitant at first because of what happened last time, but I gave them another chance. It took them til the end of November they will arrange a meeting with me and their client was deciding on another candidate. If they’re considering their candidate, then why wasn’t informed about it in time. Communication is key between a recruiter and the applicant and these recruiters demonstrated me that they’re not capable of helping job seekers find a job. You’re wondering if they ever contacted me back for the meeting and the answer is NO! I will never ask for their help and will avoid them at all cost. Be careful with Express because I said it once and I will say it again, they waste time.
