  1. I came in today looking to buy a new computer and Adam was the best! He helped me decide on which computer was right for me, I did some trade ins towards the price and he made those easy too. I walked out happy with my new MacBook Pro

  2. Thank you Apple Store for having your air conditioner on and working well. I was visiting the Fashion Fair Mall and it was very warm in the corridors. I was going to specific store looking for a band shirt. Each site felt hotter than the next. There were definitely stores with no A/C on and that makes for a miserable shopping experience. Especially when it’s 112 outside.
So I’m walking by your store and felt a refreshing breeze of cool air. I walked in for maybe 60 seconds just to cool down. It was so nice, my hubby said maybe we’ll switch from android to apple.
I have visited your store in the past as my son is an all apple user and have always had a very good experience.
I just really wanted to acknowledge that you are one of the few stores with A/C, kudos to you for being able to afford it. Lol

  3. They had no idea what a Mac Pro was. They kept pointing me to the Mac Studio and saying that was the Mac Pro. When they finally figured out what a Mac Pro was they didn’t have a display model nor had any in stock. Their most expensive unit. I was there to drop $10,000 on a new Mac Pro and they don’t even have it and they don’t even know what one is. Top notch sales team here.

  4. I was appalled by the service at this store. When we tried to inquire about a product, the response was ‘just look at the iPad right there it will tell you about it’ and they walked away. Then when we wanted to purchase, one of the employees told us there’s a ‘virtual line’ with a 10 minute wait. Ok no worries. So after waiting 10 minutes, we found another worker to ask about the status of the line, he looked up our spot on the line and said ‘oh wow hey this is like a 45 minute wait.’ I said I didn’t really understand since his coworker said it was 10 minutes and there were numerous workers in the store not really helping anyone, and the worker reinsisted that someone will help when available and it’s our turn. So we left. I don’t understand what’s so hard about buying a product, nor why the staff were so flippant and rude. We will not be returning to this store, ever, and we likely won’t be buying the product either. This experience left a very negative perception of the Apple experience for me, and I say this as an Apple user. I have not had these same experiences at other Apple stores, only this one. I highly suggest going to a different store.

  5. On Friday8/23/24 I took my IPhone 13 Pro Max to the Apple Store because it wouldn’t hold a charge @ fashion Faire Mall, Fresno, Ca. After them hooking a machine up to it, they stated that the software had gone bad & needed replacing & would cost $400. I even looked into trade in options but you have to pay $15.20 for the new device, pay the $400 left on the 13 pro max contact on the device. It was just all crazy. Took it to U-TEC in Clovis, Ca & they replaced the plug port & guess what (Presto) it works. They saved my $250. Moral to the story: don’t trust any APPLE store, always go somewhere else & don’t hesitate to get a 2nd opinion. (Not a happy camper w/APPLE)
