1. Eighteen months ago, we began the search for a competitive lender to finance the construction of our vacation home in June Lake, California. Working in the legal field, I am used to undertaking exhaustive research to educate myself, identify the maximum number of options, and avoid surprises. I did the same here, speaking with several lenders before narrowing it down to one ‘best option’, and it paid off! We have had the good fortune to work with Ty Kirkpatrick and George Trujillo. 2. We had an incredibly tough loan process for several reasons, but Ty Kirkpatrick stayed the course and got our loan funded at a great interest rate. We are certain that if Ty was not representing us the loan would not have been approved and funded. He was continually responsive to all our emails, text and phones calls. 3. Nearly four years ago we had trouble finding a lender that offered affordable land financing. 4. We have been searching for a new luxury home construction loan in San Diego CA 92127 over a couple of years. 5. My sister-in-law has been working as a mortgage loan officer with large banks in Los Angeles and Ventura for most of her career. She recommended HomeConstructionLoans and Ty Kirkpatrick as an excellent source for learning about financing home construction. While we found a vacant lot with a beautiful view to build our home on in Thousand Oaks, California, most lenders I spoke with either were not versed in Construction loans or couldn’t get us even close to our funding goal.
