1. This Kroger is a class act as anchor of this shopping center. The people working there are exceptionally nice and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. The store is set well to easily find what you need. The fresh food is always fresh with reasonable pricing. Finally is always a good selection with little worry about the store running out of a sale item. Parking sometimes can be a challenge but if walking 50 more yards is the extent of my shopping concerns, I’d consider myself ahead of the game. I can use the exercise.

3. Parts of the store are under construction. Murray’s cheese has been removed with no indication what is replacing it. But the real kicker today was that the store was extremely busy and they only had one manned checkout. The rest were self checkout machines. The self checkout machine malfunctioned and the young black woman who was supposed to be helping those self checkout machines first accused me of trying to steal a quart of sour cream. I said no, I’m trying to scan it and the machine has an error. I asked her to please help. She said “no I’m not going to”. I then left to go get assistance at customer service. She then had the nerve to holler “you need to calm down” as I was leaving. The man who had a name tag with “Andre Front End Supervisor” was very rude and irritated that I was requesting assistance. I said “are you not in charge of the front end?” He said yes. I told him I often have issues with their self checkout machines and today I wish to have assistance. He was very reluctant to do so and it was only after I said “then I’ll leave it all here and go to Publix” that he grudgingly began to check out my groceries. He said “you are the only person ever having issues with our self checkout machines”. This encounter with these two incredibly unhelpful and rude Kroger employees is the last straw. No more shopping for my family at this Kroger. Shockingly terrible customer service.

4. Manager is useless! No help whatsoever when we had a problem at the ATM. I get they don’t have control over it but we waited by the machine as we were told to do while they retrieved the manager to see if he could direct us on what to do next and he just walks right by leaving us standing there and said nothing!! Where was he headed but over to Starbucks and totally just ignored us. We will never step foot in this place again!!

5. My husband has had plenty of experience in groceries, janitorial too. He’s been putting in applications for 5-7years at Kroger Rome ga. They hire others but always send him a dear John email. He’s got good record excellent. He’s a good worker loves working with the public. Has refurb exp at redoing store shelves too. I’ve talked to head managers all them. They give him the run around he’s smart at figuring and very dependable keeping things in order but seems like he ant good enough to work at your store in Rome ga you are descrimmanating against him no explanation. I wanna know why u all had jobs open I mean over 5-7 years and you don’t have any jobs bull!!!! Can u explain why he ant good enough to work in your store in Rome ga . He takes time to sit down fill out appli. Then he ant good enough. I would like an explanation from main Kroger office
