They are cheap but they screwed us over big time. On the 16th I got full coverage on 5 vehicles. The lady had failed to tell me the coverage on the 2 kia I have they needed a anti theft up date or shown that they where up dated or we couldn’t keep full coverage on them. Well 7 day later my step daughter hit a dog and busted up her rotator. She called the insurance company and they told her she only had liability. So I went to talk to the lady about it and she said she had forgot to tell about the anti theft up date. She said to call kia and get them to up date and everything would be OK. So we did come to find out her car didn’t even have a anti theft for her car it was a older model and my wife’s was already up dated. Well they said they wasn’t gonna pay for the damages because they sent a letter witch I never got in the mail. Promise I am bot lien. That I should have already let them know about the vehicle with the anti theft problem. So I’m in contact with a lawyer at the moment.
Why, after being a customer for quite some time & never being late to make a payment, would it be impossible to waive a late fee of 20 something dollars (one day late, mind you) for a customer that was very sick in the hospital. He still made sure it was paid as soon as he was coherent enough to realize the date. So crazy to me.
I had a sales rep named Carlos Yahn help me out. He was awesome. Helped with getting me coverage in my budget. Was patient with my kids being loud on the phone. He Knew his stuff. Didn’t sound like he was scripted. And he got it all done quickly. Thank you direct Auto for great service. And awesome reps like Carlos Yahn
Customer service rep. Alicia cooper of Russellville al store location had wonderful customer service. She displayed patience, care, and determination to get me the best rate possible WITH discounts. Direct auto has the best rates in town in my opinion. I’m very pleased with my coverage.
Ms,Evenlyn was very helpful in the process. She had answers to every question that we had. She walk us through everything so we could better understand. Her attitude was very welcoming to allow us to be more open about any concerns that we had. She is one of the best representative that I have talk to. This is top excellent customer service.
