Runnnnnn for the hills! I used this company last year and they are the worst! The lady in the office was very uncaring wen it came to my situation. You could tell that they are willing to go above and beyond for “most” customers and not so much for “others”. Even the district manager seems to be a complete jerk. He stopped by while I was in and boy was he a kicker! I see why the local staff is uncaring; heck, he doesn’t care about them! They are seasonal workers that get HIM BONUSES! He is such a jerk and talks to people very nasty. Do NOT use this company.
I loved the customer service they make you feel like you are family. Jessica Jacks was my tax preparer and she worked very diligently on my taxes. I had not filed in three years so mine took a little bit more time to do, but she just very patiently continued to help me from start to finish. I will definitely be back next year!!!
I am SO GRATEFUL and THANKFUL to the Lord for JAIME and JESSICA for their exemplary tax services!!! I had owed taxes from 2015-2018 and it paralyzed me with fear in that I didn’t file until 8 years later TODAY!!! Jaime was so compassionate with me and understood what I was going through and all I wanted to know was the estimated cost and it didn’t take long for her to give me the information that I needed. Then Jessica got a hold of my tax transcripts online and explained how the IRS took the years that I filed and applied my refund to what I owed and she fixed it to where I ACTUALLY got a REFUND and was able to pay everything that I owed to the IRS and my fees to Jackson Hewitt which was at a discounted rate (thanks to the district manager) and have some money 💵 left for me !!!! These ladies are AWESOME and they will be my tax preparers as long as they are there!!!! They are sweet and friendly and PROFESSIONAL!!!! They deserve every penny they get and THEN SOME!!!’

Really enjoyed my experience with jackson Hewitt. The lady who prepared my taxes was nice and thorough. The only downside was a error on my part because I thought all my bank information was there when we were preparing, but I forgot that I was working with a new tax service and not my old one n forgot my info. Luckily they offered me a card to put my refund on n it came earlier than I expected. Will have ALL my information next time when I have to file next year when I prepare and I thank JH for their promptness and excellent service. Will definitely reccomend if someone asks where’s a good tax service to get you taxes done!
