I am truly grateful I have been able to work with two wonderful ladies: Allison, my Service Advisor and Valery Flores in the Loaner Department. Both deserve more than 5 stars for their exceptional customer service.
Allison is knowledgeable, honest and goes above and beyond to make sure I understand the services that will be performed to my vehicle. She makes sure I receive a copy of the video of my car’s inspection and is always available to answer my questions.
Valery is attentive, courteous, friendly and always willing to accommodate to my hectic work schedule. She makes sure I get the perfect loaner for my needs while my vehicle is being serviced.
Excellent sales experience with Internet Client Advisor Dave Townsend – he should be the first BMW contact for anyone in Southern California for a purchase or lease. He actually has expertise on both the cars themselves and BMW sales/leasing programs, which was important to me. I told him what I needed and he made it happen!
I recently went into this dealership all the way from Palm Springs in hopes of turning in my car for a BMW. The first person I encountered was Mr. Rodrigo whom was so welcoming, spoke spanish, and was very informative. After a few hours and with the help of this great salesman I left with a brand new 2024 BMW X3 sDrive30i.

Bought a 2025 X7 M60. Brand new 129k msrp. Get it home and get it under some light to reveal this horrid paint job. Their “detailers” destroyed the paint job on a brand new m60 x7. Maybe to them it’s no big deal but I’m the one purchasing and paying for this X7.
Sent a couple of messages and no reply. I can’t imagine what will happen if the car breaks down. Seriously going to be my last BMW purchase from this dealer.
Gonna have to get my detailer paid to correct what they destroyed.
Got the quote today for the job to fix the ruined paint the gave me and it’ll be $600 on a brand new car. Money that’s going to come out of my pockets after I just bought their $129, 000 and they ruined it the paint finish on. Incredible.
I’ll update and advise on how badly they messed up our $129,000 X7. They left adhesive all over our BMW 22 inch M wheels which caused damage to the wheels. We then had to spend $2500 to buy new wheels. This dealership is ran by incompetent people who only care about your money. We left uneducated about our vehicle (which is very complex) and with a vehicle that had tons of ruined finishes. I’ll most likely never purchase another BMW again because of these guys. If this is what you get after buying a $129,000 vehicle than I can just stick to buying vehicles half the price. Even those dealerships have never done us as dirty as BMW Murrieta did.
The service at BMW was great. Especially, Ken and Thomas they were very helpful with my situation! Very very grateful for helping me get in a new car!!
