I ordered breakfast for 50 for our office staff. I stopped on a Wednesday to order for Friday morning pick up. Chris, the District Manager, was so helpful and professional. He gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. He texted me on Thursday to confirm all the details. He said he would be there personally to make sure everything was ready. Pick up time was 6:45 am. Chris was there with everything ready, perfectly packaged and piping hot! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The food was cooked to perfection and outstanding. The customer service I received from Chris was second to none! Jack’s is lucky to have such a diligent and professional District Manager who is hands on. We feed our office staff of 50 every Friday and I will be returning here in the future. Fabulous Experience!!
The manager at 5pm on a friday was beyond rude. I was the only customer there, picking up an online order in drive thru, and was quickly asked to come inside for no reason. Another customer arrived while my order was being made, then 10 seconds into taking their order, the manager throws her headset off and goes on a tirade complaining about customers.
Great job! Jack’s is still making hamburgers the way they’re supposed to be made. The service is top notch. Their prices are reasonable. You can take your family there and not break the bank in the process. If you don’t want a hamburger give the chicken a try. Jack’s chicken is to die for. Now if Jack’s can make a chicken fried hamburger. That would be awesome.
Great place for fast food that tastes like a sit-down restaurant . Quality is consistent, and the staff are polite and friendly.
Clean and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend Jack’s to everyone.

First time eating at Jack’s, boy what a big disappointment. I ordered a steak biscuit, and my biscuit fell apart. I received sausage, instead of my steak. Staff was friendly and service was pretty fast. I would have exchanged it, but was heading to work.
