Today , James Dean came out to my home on a service call and explained things about my washer that helped me understand on how to maintain it , plus other very helpful information. It was a simple fix but other information he provided was very informative . He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you

I am absolutely thoroughly pleased with the service of this company. I called and they were able to get someone out right away. James Dean, who came to my home, was very nice, patient and professional. A part needed to be ordered and they were out within a few days to replace the control board on my drawer microwave! I can’t tell you the last time I dealt with a repair where everyone from the person who answered the phone to scheduling to James who actually came out to do the repair were so helpful!!! Thumbs up! J&H Appliance has been trying to repair our washing machine under warranty for 63 days now. Washing machine is a new Whirlpool top loader we purchased 7 months ago. They have made 6 visits to my house for service calls and not once have they brought the correct parts. It’s always the same old thing with every visit. “We need to order more parts….”. Every time they have to order parts it’s always another 5+ days waiting for them to return.
Today Monday July 22nd the service tech finally arrived, after a no show last week for a scheduled appointment……. and guess what? ….. you got it, wrong parts again! …….63 days and counting with out a washing machine. I will update review when washer is finally fixed.
