1. If you find yourself in need of a Lemon Law attorney in Alabama, call Jon Lewis. He researched my issue, listened to what I wanted for resolution and fought to get this issue resolved to my satisfaction. Being taken advantage of by an auto manufacturer is very frustrating, working with Jon was not.

2. Even though they were unable to assist me due to the type of case I have, they were very helpful by letting me know what kind of attorney I need and a phone number to find that type of attorney. They didn’t seem irritated or bothered by my phone call. I was highly impressed with their service!

3. Best legal advice and representation I could ever expect.

   I had a major transmission malfunction in a 2021 challenger. The car was in the shop for more than 30 days. I sent the manufacture A non-compliance demand letter through certified mail, and they would not respond as the law requires. By the time I talked to Jon I was very perturbed at the situation. I told him all that I had already done, and I gave him copies of every piece of paperwork. He sounded excited that I had already done as much as I had and kept every record of every service. He explained to me that it could take a long time to get my money returned, and told me that he would be glad to take my case. His team was exceedingly courteous and very prompt at returning emails and calls. I honestly hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do Lewis and Feldman will be the firm I call.

   I do and will continue to recommend this firm.

4. I could have gone to the Mega Law firms, but Jon came very highly recommend..
   Jon is a straight shooter and will not lead you the wrong way.
   If you want a great personal injury lawyer that is easy to communicate with I would highly recommend Jon…
   We received much more than I would have thought possible and Jon never stopped working to help us even more…

5. Jon and his team were very helpful navigating the ins and outs of the Lemon laws for Alabama. I had no clue where to start. Luckily, my local attorney referred me to Jon. He told me he wanted me to work with someone who knew the laws on this subject better than he did. I’m very thankful he did. We were able to open a case with the manufacturer of my vehicle and reach a settlement. I had attempted the same course of action with little to no response from the manufacturer. Obviously, they knew I meant business when Jon reached out. I really do not think the outcome would have been as positive for me and my family had we not reached out to Jon when we did. I am very thankful and highly recommend them if you have questions and concerns regarding lemon laws.
