1. I am a Current Resident at the Family Inn and i have been a faithful and loyal resident at the family Inn for almost a year. Also The Rooms dont get cleaned properly and the house keepers are very rude!!! I need someone to help me with corporate number and to report false advertising on the bill board!! if you have ever noticed the pricing is wayyyy different then it is on the bill board!!! and They dont have a pool! and the bill board says pool! 🙁 I cant even allow my 1 year old neice to the hotel cause the room is poorly cleaned and they dont even have a pool!

2. Brought my side piece here. She was so mad about me getting such a bad room, she called my wife and snitched. Now I’m crying in the corner, jacking it, thinking about where my life went wrong.

3. Compared to the hotels I’ve been staying in Mobile like OYO and Bayou this seems like a dream. The other two stay away from no working TV or room service and no breakfast, no microwave, no fridge just throw the whole hotel away. Under management well open up when y’all get it together or tell the truth on the ad their ad is a lie same money go to Family Inn at least you’ll have a TV and microwave to heat food up and small fridge. My only issue is no room service and they should make better investments in their linen.

4. I went there because it was affordable. Immediately once I entered the room I wanted to turn back. The smell was not good even after I sprayed. So the beds were made up but I questioned if it was clean. I went into the bathroom tub and toilet could’ve been cleaned better. I wasn’t expecting brand new especially with the prices. I always like to clean and spray everything before I use. This time it was needed. Plus you have people always walking back and forth some smoking weed and loud talking. No refunds and they make sure its on the receipt.

5. Please stay out!!! The worst of America I have experienced so far. Filthy place for low end people, crooks, dealers, junkies and homeless. Possibly some lost tourist who accidentally made a reservation hoping they will live to see the morning like ourselves. Smelly rooms so filthy everything sticks, presence of rouches and bed bugs is undeniable, traces are evetywhere. We slept in our sleeping bags as no one would even think to get under a sheet. Very unsuitable for families and impossible for children, the name of this place is therefore bizzar. Rooms smell of smoke and believe me, they do NOT CLEAN anything there. Staff was OK, relaxed from doing nothing 😀 AC worked, that is the one star for the room.
