The technician showed up exactly at the agreed time at the beginning of the window. After doing a thorough inspection, he was able to give me an accurate quote, and most surprising of all was able to make the repair on the spot. I’ll update the review after a day or two once we’ve seen that everything is working as it should be.
Totally professional and explained some of the issues. Was able to fix the refrigerator less than two days and just had to wait on the part to be delivered. This is so much more efficient than the Whirlpool repair team that took four months because they said they did not have parts available. I would use them again
