When “TRYING” to reach the store in my area (Oxford Alabama) by phone. It is IMPOSSIBLE! I’ve had NO luck getting in touch with my local store. Every time I call, I have to speak to someone from India. I do NOT want to speak to someone from another country, I want to speak with someone at my local store. BEST BUY …DO BETTER!!! I don’t know whether I am being scammed or if I have actually reached a legit call center for BestBuy. I don’t want to discuss my information with someone I cannot understand!! NO JUST NO!!!
Not a trustworthy company to deal with. I have still not been issued the refund check for the return I made on 7/19/2024 for a iPad Pro and keyboard. I have been waiting almost 30 days for a check. I paid in cash and because of a policy I was unaware of, I am now out of over $3,000. Yall are trying to throw it off on USPS instead of sending a check that can be tracked so no confusion is caused. And your employees and customers service reps are just saying oh well, not our problem . At this point I have been scammed out of my money.
They are very helpful without being pushy. Listened to what I needed and gave me the best choices for me to decide from. I’ve been buying from there for years and have gotten good products from them.
Took computer into store to migrate old data to newly purchased Best Buy machine. New computer sent home with no pin adapter so could not hook up screen. Two days later got adapter that required me to look at screen to load driver HOW when screen doesn’t work?! Finally went back to buy new monitor GEEK squad knew cable wouldn’t work at time of purchase. Computer cannot go on line and browser is disabled for email too!! Would not shop here unless you can do all your own work. Having to hire outside person to come and fix these issues for extra expense.
Purchased a television on May 27th which was backwarded scheduled to arrive June 6th. On June 5th I received a call stating that the television wouldn’t arrive until 8th or the 11th. On the 6th I received a call from Minneapolis, Minnesota from one of the Best buy. I guess headquarters which stated that television would not arrive until the 17th or 18th which I told them was unacceptable and that I will be going into the store to discuss it. Upon going to the store I talked to the service manager who had called me couple of days earlier and informed them of the delay. Who in turn turned me over to the sales reps which sold me the previous television and proceeded to review televisions that would be somewhat comparable to the one I had ordered . My original television was a Samsung that compatibles was a Hisense television or a TLC which I didn’t believe were compatible. The most comparable one was an increase in price which they weren’t willing to come down and I wasn’t willing to go up. So needless to say I got a return of my money and more than likely I will not be buying anything at Best buy since they don’t take care of the customers. After waiting almost 10 days to be told that I’m not going to get my television. They weren’t willing to do anything to make things right.
