1. I stayed at Comfort Inn for a much-needed vacation, and it was absolutely delightful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable experience at the memorable town of Gulf Shores, AL.
   The complimentary breakfast was very good, offering a variety of choices that catered to every taste. The waffle machines let you make fresh and delicious waffles. They had three different flavors – one plain and two others which changed each day!
   The cleanliness and freshness of the rooms were outstanding. The modern design and comfortable furnishings created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. They have a great set of TV channels!
   The modern pool was a perfect spot to unwind and beat the summer heat. And the public beach is just 5 mins away from the hotel. Everything was exceptionally well-maintained. They said that every room had a balcony! The staff was very attentive!
   Comfort Inn truly lives up to its brand name, providing exceptional comfort and an enjoyable stay.

2. This is the place my family and I go to once a year for the past 4 or 5 years. The breakfast is great and the staff is always friendly. The beach is right across from here and short walking distance. This is like our second home for a week out of the year away from home. Highly recommended!

3. Staff is horrible. The manager accused us of illegally claiming we had service animals after presenting their licenses and even threatened to call the police. My guess is they already had their 5 “pet rooms” assigned to other guests, yes they are pet friendly, and didn’t want to provide us a room for our “service animals” that wasn’t a “pet room”. The manager was rude to my husband, embarrassing him in front of other customers. We only stayed because the room was nonrefundable at that point. We extended our stay to enjoy Gulf Shores by contacting customer relations because front desk staff became unfriendly and no longer treated us as welcomed guests. Rooms are clean, but 5 min walk to beach is across a 5 lane highway, then you have to walk down the road past three private properties before you start the long walk in the hot sand to the beach, then repeat it back to your room. It was faster to drive to a beach access parking lot. Bottomline, we’ve visited Gulf Shores several times, but we will never stay at that location again. Whether the manager agreed with the status of our service animals or not, it was very unprofessional for the staff to treat us so unfriendly. Thanks to a very courteous customer service representative, we were not charged a pet fee!

4. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are clean and cozy each with a small balcony. The AC unit has a removable remote control. Very large TV. Offers complementary breakfast and located across the street from the beach,you do have to walk about a block to access the beach. The pool is kept clean and kid friendly but also great for couples. I loved my time staying there like I said the staff are exceptional and friendly.

5. We had a fantastic stay here. Super clean room, comfy beds, yummy breakfast buffet. Close to the beach and all the hot spots. When we checked out I left my glasses in the room and they mailed them to me right away. Definitely recommend!
