Ozzy and crew from Red Lilly are great, reasonably priced and excellent service. I had an issue with both my kitchen faucet and shower valve leaking, Ozzy came out the same day and fixed both problems , I will definitely keep using them as my plumbers for now on..
Painless. Ask for Mike, he’s been there since 2007. He came within a few hours of the request, knew what the problem was right away, gave a quote to replace the seal while also warning that the plastic component had a tendency of breaking during removal and gave a quote for that in the event it happened, which it didn’t. Overall, super satisfied and thrilled to find a new and awesome plumbing company for any future needs.
Excellent services! I recently purchased a tankless water heater from Red Lily and they were fantastic, end to end! Mike came by, went over all of our options and answered all questions. The install team, Kevin and Wilber were fantastic, answering all my questions, going over what they were doing and why, and keeping everything very clean. Michelle helped me get the quote, appointment and rebate info. All in all, this was a pleasant experience!
Diverter broke in my bathtub. Mike was fantastic in diagnosing the broken part and helping identify a replacement part to fix the shower and tub functions again. I’ve used them for multiple services including a new sewer line a few years ago and they were responsive and explained everything each step of the way. I would highly recommend!
