I moved from Calera back in February and canceled my membership on Feb 28. Owner of the gym texted me Feb 29 and said “ just canceled”. I have since been charged 3 ($50) charges. I have called and texted the owner for weeks trying to get this membership canceled and refunded for the charges I did not authorize. No response from the owner and I’m just blatantly being ignored. Now I have to cancel my debit card and dispute the transactions because he will not give me confirmation that it’s being taken care of. I have given him plenty of time to take care of this and give me some sort of response. I’m sure if I owed him money he’d be texting or calling back in a professional amount of time.
