Loretta Keener exceeded expectations through the entire buying process. She was a ally, a friend, and advisor through the entire buying process. This was my 3rd opportunity to work with Loretta and she was always there for our buyer. I would recommend her to anyone.
I had rental property with them. They rented out my home to a tenant. The tenant experienced a problem (?) and the rental company attempted to take care of the problem and then left me with the high bill without informing me first about the problem.
I was left out of the loop. Also, the stupidity of the problem and the rental company are why I sold my rental property so I don’t deal with that or them again!
I want thank Mrs Starks for selling are home. We left before house sold back to AZ. We left in April had house sell and close In June. This after we had several offer on market off market back one we all learn lot if was not for Mrs. Starks hard work and dictation to her seller we never got this done so fast thank you Arriane& Norm
