I mostly use the kiosk machines and for some odd reason it’s always someone complaining about card payments. Have had too change machines several times. I suggest u stop by a atm…cash always work. But no change is given.
The employees are very professional and informational
Staff always greet you and talk to you .. I really appreciate the excellent service..
My customer service representative was very polite and attentative to my request. I was not rushed through my time at the window. She explained each question I had with clarity. I left feeling grateful for the service and I really enjoyed the experience.
The lines are sometimes extremely long.so long to a point to where their are people standing in the doorways and on the sidewalk trying to get in to make their payments mostly on the first of the month and on fridays.could use an outdoor automatic payment center like the water works to kill down on some of those long lines. But overrall the service is cool and the workers are pretty friendly and courteous.
