  1. Needed a place for a couple of nights. Expected a clean room with basic amenities. Check in was simple, room was the right size, appeared somewhat clean (lots of small stain on the floor), bed could use an updated mattress, pillows where like pillow cases full of old clothes, tub was not clean, shower felt like a tiny drizzle, could not control the temperature, sink was noticeable dirty. Asked the service personnel for clean towels for our second day, no towels were delivered. Midnight noise was high, drunk couples fighting and slamming doors. Not a very good experience. Great location, poor cleaning, and service. Checkout was great.

  2. Would not recommend this hotel. Very dated rooms, the bathroom was tiny and not fully functional; tiny countertop, door hit the toilet when fully open. Flusher was extremely loud.
Dirty baseboards in the washroom. Carpets in the hallways were dirty and should have been ripped out and replaced 10 years ago.
The pool was the best part of our experience. But not worth it for all the issues with the room. Sliding glass door leading to parking lot had a broken latch. We avoided coming back to the hotel until it was almost time for bed because it felt so run down and sketchy.

  3. Yikes, where do I begin! The property is outdated and run down; I guess the clue to this was in the price of the room, which is way below typical room rates. But it never dawned on me that I’d be experiencing such a rundown establishment in Palm Springs of all places!

The room looked and smelled β€œold” The door let in light all around it and it also kept in the noise of the cicadas as if they were right in the room with me. I could not get the room cool enough, and that too was most likely because of the air seeping out through those cracks.

The bathroom was gross, not in a dirty way, but in a grossly outdated way. The sink water came out milky white (not a health issue as all that means is that there’s oxygen bubbles in the water line) but still weird to drink.

The shower barely trickled out, this after having both knobs turned all the way up.

The parking lot to the rear of the room looked too sketchy for me to sit out on the porch.

  4. It took 5 attempts to check in.
The staff was rigid beyond reasonable. They were all fake friendly and professional, but hostility in the undercurrent was screaming in my bears
The rooms were horrible because of the age, the elements and normal wear and tear
The maintenance crew does solid work for what they have to work with. The one thing that makes this hotel a nice experience is the bed. The bed was what one would expect to find in a luxury resort
I recommend this business for that reason alone
