Just don’t even waste your time or money coming here. If you want quality BMW service you do better going to Atlanta. Location means everything. Asked to speak with service manager to address concerns he never called. Service was trash all the way around. (On Today 08/08/2024 I called and was told by the receptionist that I needed to speak with Bryan and he was over the reviews, I left a voicemail and still received no call back).
I dealt with a few salesman at other dealerships prior to coming here and it was a terrible experience. I came to BMW and it was pleasant experience. Jequan was wonderful! I loved him! The deal was fair. They followed me to drop off my rental, filled up my new car. It was a great experience. The finance manager was nice too. Great service. They will have my business in the future!
Do not recommend to go here for your services. Everything time when I’m getting something done I need to go back there because they didn’t finish something. Last time I got tire balanced and they mixed up tires and put them opposite way it was before. When I came back they told me it is 2 hours wait and made a new appointment. When I came back at my appointment they told me it will take about 1.5 hours. When I asked if that is possible to do it a bitter faster, because I just need to change tire back how they were, the guy who works there Marcus was very rude. I asked if they can at least say sorry for the inconvenience. He told he is not the one who is changing tires . Without any sorry for inconvenience or that I coming back 3rd time after appointment. That is disrespectful and that is not a customer service that you want to get
Highly recommend! We had the best experience with our salesman Tyreek. He was super patient with all of our questions, and he was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. The sales manager and the finance manager were wonderful as well! I would highly recommend BMW of Montgomery. We love our X7!
Without question the worst buying experience of my life. Bought my wife a 2020 330i and within 3 weeks, we are back for tires. When I bought the car, it had 1 low tire. Instead of investing the cause, they simply aired it up. Not long after, its low again. Bring it to the service center and they tell me I need 4 new tires. Utterly ridiculous.
