The sales ladies were great however; the mattress once we got it was absolutely terrible. We slept on it for 4 nights and we were miserable! Everything hurt! We called to return it and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could pick it up and we were still required to pay a $250 pick up fee along with the first month payment totaling $500! Do not buy this mattress, it’s a waste of your time and money! Absolutely horrible! Beware!
Rosemary was fantastic. I have already shared her information with my son and daughter. Both will be purchasing new beds as soon as they are both finished with new homes.
We were treated with the best service we’ve ever received in a store. Rosemarie was so thorough with making sure we got to see all our options. We tried the beds in the store until we found the one just right for us. There was no pressure on us,so we could talk about it together and make up our mind on what we wanted to get. Rosemarie made us feel at ease while we were making up our mind. She was very attentive. Thank you .

I didn’t go to the physical Dothan store. I was looking online. Rose Marie recognized me from a previous purchase i had made. She called me and i bought the bed.
