service here is great! Thanks Larry and your whole group ! I’ve taken my truck there 3 times in past couple of months and have been very pleased every time. They’re very professional and never overcharged me.
Took my car in for oil change and air conditioning to be fixed. I also told them I was going on a trip. It was then they did an inspection of my car. They discovered my tires needed to be replaced and told as well as shown the dry rot on the side of tires I would never have seen. I had called many places for an appointment and was told the earliest i could get in was 10 days out some even told me to wait till the end of the month. I called Goodyear and took my in the next day by appointment and was very prompt to service my car. Thank you Larry for all you have done for me.
Had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. Got it off the car at 5:45 pm. Ran to Good Year. They close at 6pm. But Ray
found the issue, put the new tire on the wheel and even did another job after us. Appreciate Ray’s help.
Larry has been very helpful. I came in with one low tire and he had his team look for a nail in it and then get me fixed up and back on the road. He was friendly and knowledgeable! Got me in and out quick with my baby in the car as well. Pleasant experience. Will come back here for future car/tire related repairs. I’m assuming Larry is the store manager since he’s been here the last few times I have been in and has things running smooth.
