2. Homes Realty Group is a great company to have on your side when finding a home. I was lucky enough to have Pamela Chaney as a realtor! She did everything I asked for and more. I am a first time home buyer, and she helped down from the paperwork to the smallest of questions. She had really backed me up throughout the process. I really would have missed some important information and key points if it wasn’t for her stepping in and saying something. She really seemed to care for the costumer. She was always kind and very responsive. Example, If I had an important question in the middle of night and I asked through email expecting to hear back the following day, I got a response immediately.. I was shocked. The company really seems to have picked some genuinely great people to be on their team, I must say. I would highly recommend Homes Realty Group, more so, Pamela Chaney to anyone that asked who helped me through my process.

4. We worked with Phyllis Bowen and she was nothing but precious and extremely helpful. My wife and I were first time home buyers in a fast-paced market. We were overwhelmed. But Phyllis treated us like her own family and took great care of us! She made sure that our perfect home was nothing but perfect for us in every way.

   She was extremely patient with us as we worked through this process, happily answering even the most basic questions if we asked them. Once we found our first home, she did everything she could to help us close as quick and as smooth as possible. We were truly blessed to have her as our realtor. 5. We absolutely LOVED our realtor, Ashley McWaters! She was very proactive in helping us find so many beautiful homes that fit our criteria! We lost out on a couple of bids because of the blazing hot Madison market and became defeated but, Ashley rallied us and found the absolute perfect home for us! She worked tirelessly, day and night, weekends, Thanksgiving Day, never gave up & did whatever it took! She was very professional and so knowledgeable! She stayed on top of so many details during negotiations and never made us feel like we were bothering her. She is a true asset to this company and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home! She is absolutely fabulous!
