I absolutely LOVE this place!!!! I’ve never been to any car lot where everyone in the building is extremely nice, welcoming, and also helpful. I had a 2008 Honda accord unfortunately May 11 I was hit, and my car was totaled out. I came into the office on May 31, and was greeted by Ms.Amelia. She definitely helped me through this entire process which wasn’t long at all. The process of getting my car was very professional and easy. I also worked with the assistant manager , and she was amazing as well with an encouraging spirit throughout the entire process. Yesterday, I drove off the lot with a 2015 Honda Accord. I came back with my mother and father , and we thanked Ms.Amelia for helping me and selling me the car. We all love this car lol. I couldn’t be more excited right now. Thank you guys , even the lot guys on the outside helped set up my Bluetooth so it could connect to my phone.
My niece bought (is buying) a car from this place. Her payment was made on a Wednesday….her car was WRONGFULLY repossessed 2 days later, in the middle of the night, from my home. In the process of the SNATCH & GRAB, my driveway was messed up from the tow truck driver. The front end of the car was also damaged by the driver when it was snatched. I went to Car-Mart; I was told they weren’t at fault (even though the car was WRONGFULLY repossessed!!). Contacted the tow company (based in Georgia!!); was also told THEY weren’t at fault!! Contacted Car-Mart again; was told they would look into it. This was approximately 3 months ago. What has happened?? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! This “business” is NOT a very good business. I have never bought a vehicle from Car-Mart and, I NEVER WILL!!! I also will NEVER recommend ANYONE to buy from them!!!!

The worst car lot I have ever dealt with!! The GM was extremely rude to me. They have completely screwed me over! I have gone almost over a month without my car because of fuel pump repair which is 3 hour job, and they added problems to my car that was not on the original diagnostics report! I have lost my job over this and I would hate for anyone to have to go through this! And they are putting me through all of this after my fiance just passed away!
