1. We had an exceptional experience at Pacific Sales in Carlsbad! Gifted Green, the Plumbing Specialist, went above and beyond in helping us with our sinks and faucets. He even remembered us and the specific items we purchased five years ago, which speaks volumes about his attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Ryan Weinberg, the Appliance Specialist, provided expert guidance with all of our appliance needs, and Nick seamlessly brought everything together, making the transaction process smooth and hassle-free. The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. As we prepare for a full kitchen remodel, having the expertise of Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home behind us has been invaluable. Highly recommend!

2. I enjoy this store. The employees are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I went in looking at appliances, and Bryan helped me out. All I know is he went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and he gave me all the information I needed. He answered questions that I did not even know I should asked. He then walked me over to the plumbing specialist who was just like Bryan. Thank you, Bryan and Gifted! I will recommend all my friends and family to this Pacific Sales in North County Carlsbad! Beautiful showroom and help staff!

3. I needed a new refrigerator and have purchased from this local all-appliance store, Pacific Sales, in the past. But I wanted to shop around first so started with Best Buy big box store. When the lackluster young salesman figured out I wasn’t going to buy a $8000-$10,000 frig, he wandered off to rejoin his young colleagues who were doing nothing. I left and went to Pacific Sales in Carlsbad off Palomar Airport Rd. I was greeted by Dave Saplan, who knows his refrigerators. He walked me through my options, answering all questions with a smile. It didn’t take long before I was sitting at his desk as he wrote up the sales order and scheduled delivery. The whole experience was infinitely more pleasant and less stressful than a big box store. Imagine my surprise when he told me they were now owned by Best Buy! To their credit, that made no difference in the great service and personal attention they have always given to their customers. Everyone at the store involved in my purchase, like Nick C., were very helpful and pleasant in that old-fashioned genuine way that used to be the norm. I highly recommend the store for your appliance needs. Skip Best Buy and those other large stores and come to where you’ll get personal service at Pacific Sales. Ask for Dave!

4. Bryan has helped me numerous occasions. He helped me for my Carlsbad home. He had switched stores and I definitely followed. He sold me a Subzero refrigerator! I am grateful for the help. If your looking for someone who you can trust or need an honest opinion. Go see my man!
