  1. In store options are VERY limited for a lot of items. I needed a WIRED ear bud set. I basically had 3 options. All the other options I had to order online and either pick up later or have delivered. Not cool as I need them tomorrow morning. :/ The store employees were super nice but you need more stocked items.

  2. I went in to this location today to purchase a laptop for my photo and video editing. I had a steuct budget and I met Xavier here.

    Immediately he greeted me, asked if I had any questions.
    I told him all the details about my search and he assumed all responsibility in taking it upon himself to do the research for me on finding the best laptop for my needs.
    I work in customer service.
    I have over 10 years in the field and I haven’t had that kind of customer service In a long time.
    He didn’t seem to want to push me off to someone else to find what I need.
    He found locations with what I wanted.
    Honestly, if I still had a sales coordinator role, I’d recruit Xavier to be on my team.
    Great attitude and exceeded at customer service.

  3. Initial experience was okay. Went in with boyfriend to get him a laptop, he got it home and it didn’t work the way he needed, so we went back and he returned it and worked with someone to get a Macbook instead. He opened a line of credit to make the payments, but when he got the initial bill, it showed the charges for both computers. They didn’t remove the returned laptop, the bank said they couldn’t do anything, and when he tried to call the LOCAL number, he was instead routed to Best Buy global. They were able to confirm they could see the return, but not do anything about the billing issue. Utterly ridiculous, now waiting on the local store to call him back.

  4. I bought a Samsung microwave that was supposed to come with a $50 gift card. The $50 gc shows up for both matte black and stainless steel versions. The store refused to give me a gift card upon pick-up and told me to call Bestbuy help. When I called, they just kept transferring me to different departments 5 times. So I went to chat. After the 4th transfer I finally got a supervisor who finally said he won’t give me the gift card. He said that it was only for the stainless steel version. I told him that the website indicates both version gets the gift card. He straight up said this conversation is over and ended the chat. So I tried the store one more time, but they couldn’t help so I returned the microwave. This is so petty for a big store to be doing. Own up to your mistake and pay up. The picture attached shows the matte black selected with a “Free $50 Gift Card”. I’m done with Best Buy.

Visit while we still can I have a feeling this place won’t be in our life much longer I enjoy the selection they have in stock because seeing products in hand is so much nicer then online shopping but online shopping is king for selection. The store is generously not packed with large crowds but this day I had music blarring while I’m shopping for computer accesories. I didn’t mind it but it’s expected when u come here other then that it’s cool and I generally enjoy it.
