(***resolved issue***) I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from your company. I bought 2 trucks from your dealership. Unfortunately, I have encountered a significant problem with one of the vehicle’s suspension system, which has now led to costly repairs.
Despite my reasonable expectation of receiving a reliable vehicle, I was recently informed by a certified mechanic that the suspension system is defective and needs urgent repairs amounting to $2,000. This issue not only jeopardizes my safety but also places an unexpected financial burden on
