We visited the Frwsno Mazda dealership and wanted a Acadia and he gave us a call and drove us to Sanger and showed a car that was everything we were looking for in a new vehicle. The financing manager Alex was also very helpful and answered all our questions and needs. This was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle to visit these two locations!

  4. I held off on posting this review for several weeks to give them a chance to rectify the situation, but they completely failed to do so.

    The sales process itself was quick, with Dominic efficiently handling everything. However, the problems began immediately after the financing was completed. Since I live in Washington state, I needed the car shipped, and they quoted me a reasonable price for their preferred carrier. This was the first issue. The car sat on their lot for two weeks waiting to be picked up. Despite numerous calls and texts for updates, I got nowhere. They eventually told me to contact the carrier directly, but the carrier didn’t respond. When I asked if they could find another carrier, I was told they couldn’t since it was already scheduled. Frustrated, I arranged my own transport, and the car was picked up the next day. They assured me I would be reimbursed for the shipping fee they charged me—more on this later.

    The next issue arose when I wanted to register the car in a different state, which complicated the financing process. After financing was secured to my home address, I asked if they could change it, but Rico, the sales manager, said it would require reapplying for a new loan. I told him to hold off while I contacted the existing bank. But as soon as I got off the phone, I received a notification that my credit had been checked and a new bank was calling me for a finance interview. Furious, I called Rico back, and he didn’t even apologize. He said they needed to finalize the financing quickly, despite the fact that I had already waited two weeks for them to ship the car. How ironic.

    My carrier delivered the car the next day and did an excellent job. However, when I got in the car, it smelled awful—like urine. I called them, and they told me to take it to a nearby detail shop, promising to reimburse me for the service, which they did, and the smell was resolved.

    The last issue was getting my shipping reimbursement, which took many weeks and countless emails, texts, and phone calls before I finally received it. However, I’m still waiting on the reimbursement for the detailing service. I charged it to my credit card, and a month has passed without reimbursement, resulting in 22% interest on the charge. Despite numerous exchanges with Aaron, the finance manager, who repeatedly claimed he needed the office to sign off on the check, I eventually received only the original amount, not the interest my credit card charged me. After sending Aaron another email, he didn’t respond, which is why I’m posting this review.

    Avoid this dealership. Once the sales process is over, they don’t care about you. They only act in their own interest, and the only way to get results from them is by threatening to post negative reviews. Even then, the results may vary. If they respond back with false claims, I’m releasing all the communications to prove how terrible they truly are. To yourselves a favor and scroll through their reviews, you’ll find many more customers facing the same issue I went through.
