1. I called on Tuesday and he said he would try to come out, if not would come Wednesday. Here it is one week later and a no show and won’t answer my calls.
   I saw a review that he only does this to black customers. Sad, sad, sad!

2. I have a problem with my toilet and I use Choice Home Warranty (which is a whole another conversation, horrible experience). Choice Home Warranty finally got in contact with Akins Plumbing to come fix my bathroom plumbing, they were scheduled to come out on 4/20/2023. However when I spoke with Mike Akins on 4/18/23, he stated that he had a death in his family which I totally understood this. So I asked him when will he be able to come out, he stated that he could come the following week on Tuesday which I agreed to. I contacted Mike on Friday April 21st to confirm the appoint for Tuesday, he stated that it looks like he won’t be able to do it till Wednesday, I explained to him that Wednesday would not be good for me so we set it up for Thursday. I tried contacting him on Wednesday to confirm our schedule date of Thursday got no response. However on Thursday the day the scheduled appointment he sends me a text stating that he is not goin to make it and rescheduled for Friday April 28th @ 9 am. Did not hear from him on today at all. I attempted to call him, he did not pick up. I texted him no response. I’m not pleased at all of how this has been handled and the fact that he never contacted me about scheduling conflicts I only knew he wasn’t going to make any of them is because of me contacting him. And then just not showing up on the day that he was expected is just very unprofessional.

3. Mike did a great job at fixing my bursted pipe and they were on time I would recommend them to anyone .They gave excellent service at reasonable price.

4. Heard wonderful things about this company from several coworkers in the past, however my experience was different. I had a plumbing issue two weeks ago on July 23rd and needed a plumber ASAP but it was 8 o’clock in the evening. I called Akins and got his wife who said she would put me on his list to see tomorrow.

   I never received a call back. This was just my experience but I’ve heard stellar reviews from others, so I’ll assume that this was a bad day. My issue was fixed the next day by another company but I think I’ll be a little hesitant to call Akins plumbing again.

5. Mike was highly recommended and was up on his task. Thank you sir for a job well done in a timely manner. He was very respectful and self efficient. I will recommend you always.
