1. Respectful plumbers. Experienced, knowledgeable and caring. This crew wanted the job to be successful, and my job was challenging. Another plumbing company had come out and they failed. My experience was so relieving. From the first call to the job completion I was treated like a valued customer and that says a lot. Oh and No second mortgage required to pay the bill!

2. I noticed I had an area in a flower bed close to the house that was wet when it shouldn’t be, as we hadn’t had any rain for awhile. I discovered a white, capped PVC pipe that I suspected was the sewer clean out access point. After researching plumbing companies in the area, I decided to call Around the Clock Plumbing due to their good rating/review volume on Google, and after reading that they were responsive and decently priced. Jeff came out later the same day to attempt to resolve the issue, but it was discovered there was a larger issue at hand and the area was going to need to be excavated to repair the piping. The next day, Jeff and his supervisor Chris came out with the excavator, dug out around the pipe, and discovered there was a leak in the water line where the PVC water pipe from the road was coupled to the copper water piping that ran under the house. They replaced the coupling, installed a new water shutoff valve, and replaced the 45 degree sewer clean out access pipe with a 2-way sweep pipe for better access in the future. After the repairs were complete, the excavated soil was put back, the sidewalk washed off, and they checked the meter once the water was turned back on to the house to ensure the meter wasn’t continuing to spin without a faucet being on in the house. Jeff and Chris did a good job explaining the problem as they went, repairing the problem, and cleaning up after and making sure the problem was fixed. Hopefully I don’t have any more plumbing challenges and don’t have to call them again in the near future, but I would recommend them to anyone that does!

3. Tristan was amazing. When another company no-showed, he came out after hours and installed a new water heater. He was very professional and thorough. I will be calling him again.

4. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Around the Clock sent a technician out very quickly. Tristan was super professional and explained everything he was doing clearly. I was a bit freaked out by the plumbing issue we were having, but his calm and helpful demeanor was very reassuring. Everything was resolved quickly and neatly for a great price. Thanks again!!

5. I contacted Around the Clock to obtain a quote for the installation of a new septic system. Although I had received lower quotes from other companies, I ultimately decided to proceed with Around the Clock due to their prompt response in providing the quote.

   However, after accepting the quote and scheduling the job, I encountered several issues. As I was working amidst ongoing new construction, I had to reschedule the appointment a few times. The young lady who handled the scheduling was pleasant and accommodating.

   The primary concern arose from one of the gentlemen working on the job. Following the completion of the job on a Friday, I contacted the company on the following Monday to discuss the problems I had encountered. The young lady I spoke with was apologetic and promptly relayed the issues to the owner.

   The owner promptly contacted me to address the issues I had raised. He was courteous and apologetic, demonstrating a genuine concern for resolving the situation. While my initial inclination was to rate the service as 1 star, the owner’s prompt attention and sincere efforts to rectify the situation have significantly improved my perception of the company.
