1. Dennis has been helpful every time I called Pacific Sales for assistance. He was able to resolve plumbing product delivery issues, check on inventory, and assist in administrative complications when they arose. Due to his enthusiasm and efficiency, I will always attempt to work with Dennis Vargas in the future! Thank you.

2. I have been purchasing appliance’s from Pete Camacho for years. He is knowledgeable and professional. He always takes good care of my needs. I am getting ready for a remodel of my kitchen and he is the only one I trust with helping me with such a large purchase of all new kitchen appliances. He has my business forever and I recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Pete.

3. I am remodeling my kitchen and was in need of all new appliances. My kitchen designer told me about James that he had worked with him previously, he recommended using him. When I came into the store for the appliances I found a great deal on a Samsung package and took advantage of Total Tech promotion that was offered to get free installation on all my new appliances. I was also offered the 24 month financing for all my appliances that I purchased. (That helps out a lot) The Assistant Manager James was very helpful and really knows the products that he sells. He really took his time and went over all the services that I would need. He explained in detail about the delivery service and set everything up for me. He really seems to care about the customer a takes pride in helping them. James also introduced me to the Plumbing Manager and helped me pick out the perfect sink and faucet for my newly remodeled kitchen. The whole shopping experience was amazing. I would recommend to my family and friends. From beginning to end I am totally satisfied. I do plan to return and see James to help me out with the outdoor patio and audio /video needs. I was already starting to look at the YardBird patio sets.

4. My wife and I recently purchased new kitchen appliances from Pacific Sales. We appreciate the attention and support of Pete Camacho on the showroom floor. Pete understood our needs and wants and provided helpful information on the features and functions of the appliances on display. He was very knowledgeable about the products and their capabilities. He answered all of our questions and we were very satisfied about our selection of appliances. Peter is customer-focused and we are confident he will support us in the future as needed.

5. I had a great experience buying my Sub Zero refrigerator at Pacific Sales. Larrell helped me out over the course of a few months, and it was really nice having him check in periodically. I first went in May because I had no idea which panel ready refrigerator I would end up choosing. I told him it would be a few months before I made the final decision since we were still waiting for our plans/permits to get approved to do remodeling on our kitchen. He helped me, nevertheless, and went over my options and the costs for the different refrigerators. We just returned to the store yesterday to finally purchase our sub zero and Larrell was awesome. He helped us sign up for a couple rewards and we’ll save a couple thousand dollars which is fantastic. We’re so happy with our entire shopping experience.
