I ordered a Wacom Intuos tablet for drive-up pickup, and it was ready within 10 minutes. The tablet was a great deal at 40% off, and it was easy to set up the driver on my laptop. It came bundled with three different creative software downloads, but clip studio paint pro was my favorite as it happens to be super intuitive and easier to use than Adobe. Great product and even better service!
Everything is organized, good quality products, nice and helpful stuff.
Now they have patio furniture, house furniture, toys, kitchen appliances etc
Its alright everything is expensive your buying a name not always quality…. bought a Boise sound system for someone and it started making a weird Rattle noise the box was separating at the corner. Sounded nice ar first but built cheaply.
WORST Best Buy I have been to. The employees do NOT tend to customers nor follow through with what they say. I was left outside in 110 degree weather at curbside pickup simply waiting on tape and an employee to help me switch to delivery given that the item I purchased didn’t fit in my car. I didn’t want to leave the TV alone in fear it would be stolen while I went inside to seek out more employees. When I tried phoning the store, no one was able to help. I’d rather drive to the neighboring city’s store location than to come here again.
Today I came in to this location to find a soundbar for my inside/outside living area.
Rico was the associate to help me and I would give this guy a 10/10 on customer service, product knowledge and best buy customer services knowledge.
Did an amazing job at making this visit very enjoyable and not feeling like a robot.
