What a delightful location and amazing staff! I was there for a conference and was so impressed at every turn. Ms. Connie and her amazing bacon is my hero, Rose is absolutely amazing and efficient. Monika, April, Melody, Sally, and Doris all did such an excellent job with customer service. There were many more but these were just a few of the wonderful folks who made my conference experience amazing. The facilities were great and there is nothing like a beautiful gulf view.
We unknowingly booked the club level and ended up amazed with all the extras! Not sure we can visit the beach any other way now. We showed up with a car load of items and didn’t need 90% of it. Highly recommend this resort, especially the club level. Location is superb. The place is gorgeous and super clean. The staff was amazing. Melody was the star of the show and deserves her own 5 stars as well. You don’t have the leave the resort or pack a trunk full of beach items, unless you want to. We have a new beach spot!!
My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay from the valet parking always on time nice polite and helpful. Unloaded our vehicle carried every item up to the room took every item in the room when we got there came up and got the items when we left also placed them in the vehicle. The rooms was great balcony view was so amazing we could see the beach and enjoy the pool fun below our room. The restaurants and nightly entertainment was excellent something to do all the time. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. The hospitality was marvelous made us feel like a king and Queen. We loved every moment and will return again.Our anniversary was extra special thanks to Perido Resort hospitality!!! It was worth every penny 😊!!! And I mean that from the bottom of my heart and I will be sharing my experience there with family and friends!!
We’ve been coming here for 30 years and we’ve always enjoyed the experience; however, this was our best stay. The property is immaculate and the staff is wonderful. For the first time since I was Alabama’s State Travel Director, we stayed on the Club level and I was impressed! Special kudos to the sweet staff in the Club Lounge, especially Sheryl, James and Melody. We will be back!
This was our first time to visit Orange Beach or surrounding areas. We were very impressed with this resort & all it had to offer. The best part for our kids was the pool area. My husband and I enjoyed it being on the beach and not have to drive anywhere. We highly recommend eating at Latitude 30. It was amazing! We weren’t super impressed with the Gulf Shores side, so it made us even more grateful we decided to stay on Orange Beach. Our only complaint would be that there was no easy access to a bathroom when you were in the pool area. We have young children and having to go all the way up to the room with them soaking wet wasn’t our favorite. We will most definitely be back, though! Thanks for the fun week. 🙂
