I called to add a vehicle on my policy and not only did I get my vehicle added I got a lower quote on my first vehicle!! The customer service representative Malik was outstanding! He was very professional and friendly and I actually enjoyed the time I spent on the phone. He got me everything I wanted for a better price and if I ever need insurance, I will be reaching back out!! Thank you so much. I’m a very happy customer!!
Scott was AMAZING. I had called 4 times before speaking with him, and each time I got hung up on. I just wanted to add vehicle to my policy and finally he heard my frustration and helped me out in less then 5 min. 💯 great customer service.

Great customer service! I have had tons of issues trying to get insurance in the past with other companies but that wasn’t the case here Scott was a big help answered all of my questions and got everything handled super fast and easy!
