Great location..first time there passing by.. store is organized and the Cashier person named AHMED is absolutely the BEST!!!.. He went out of his way to help find a particular product and pricing..Great attitude.. professional and very kind!.. What an excellent employee!!!
This is just your standard basic Los Angeles Ralph’s. Not to be confused with the fancier variant “Ralph’s fresh fare”.
It’s a noticeable downgrade. No mini sized buggies, but they do provide baskets which I appreciate. Prices are steep without a Ralph’s card discount. Overall not too dangerous feeling, compared to others in the city.
This one is closer to my apartment than the bougie Ralph’s so I end up here a lot.
They almost always have what I need.
The self checkout machine with the conveyor belt was a joke. It continued to glitch so many times and an employee had to come over five times to assist. You need some actually people that can work on registers to care of your customers. The gentleman told me that everyone struggles with this self checkout machine. If this is true, why can’t we fix this issue? Never have this problem at Costco for example. The machine was so frustrating but I felt the need to open my phone and share experience on Google. Stay away, unless you enjoy being frustrated out of your mind
Why do I bother? Produce perpetually low, out, or poor selection in the morning. One poor Starbucks worker running around behind the counter trying to keep up. I know this is the less rich side of town, but that’s not an excuse. DO BETTER.
Luis made a joke about one of my purchases. My mind was elsewhere, he mumbled… Please always check your receipts. This has occurred to me and others on several occasions. The manager watched me return to Luis and Luis appeared to know why I returned within minutes of double checking my receipt. He stopped me from talking and informed me that I was charged the regular price as well as the sales price for one item. Almost $8.00 was refunded to me.
