  1. I guess they don’t prioritize their service appointments or services. Took 2 and half hours for a simple oil change, knowing I was waiting in lobby. With an appointment you would think simple oil change let’s get that vehicle in and out, but I guess not. I will not be retuning.

  2. Just bought another car at the Ford Dealership in Visalia. Yiral was a great sales representative . She provided great and detailed information. Very informative and professional. I recommend her to annoying looking for a new car!

  3. It’s very easy to say negative things about your car salesman, we’ve all had bad experiences in the past. When you find a good one you should share him with the world, so I am. Donny Landry helped me with my 2023 Ford F150. It was my first truck purchase ever. I was very stressed over the daunting task of spending 12 hours haggling back and forth over a price that I would inevitably regret when I got home. After arriving and explaining my needs to Donny he showed me a truck on the lot that fit me perfectly. I’m able to go out for a night on the town or tow my food trailer. Elegance and ready to work all at the same time. He brought out a price, I explained it was bit high for what I was prepared to pay, after a very short negotiating period, we agreed on a price that I’m still smiling about 24 hours later.
Will I be buying another car from Visalia Ford, Donny and Steven? Absolutely.

  4. Very unprofessional and misleading. My cousin took her F150 in because it almost caused bodily harm she was going 70 mph on the freeway and it shifted into neutral she had to pull to the side of the freeway she almost got slammed into she had a Client with her she is a caregiver for the elderly which could of been tragic If she did not know what she was doing to bring that unit to a stop. When she took the truck to the dealership, That she needed to do a diagnostics on it for $375 and if it was a part, they were thinking that it was which was a molded lead frame that it was not covered anymore by Ford Since February So it was gonna cost approximately $1500 to fix the problem. She is on a fixed income and partially retired. They would not stand behind their product and we tried several different routes and it was refused. This problem should be a recall because one of these times it’s going to Kill somebody then they’re gonna have a big problem. The service manager constantly lied from the get-go about a lot of things would not return. Phone calls was very unprofessional. She had her truck in the shop two years ago. This problem could’ve been brought up when they ran her Vin number, but because there wasn’t an issue with it at that point, they decided not to apparently. There was a message left for Don Grapetti not sure the correct spelling. my cousin lost a weeks worth of work which put her into a hardship and put her client into a hardship because she couldn’t go to work because of them holding her truck for a week and lying about when the part was coming in oh plus they had to clean their floors. God forbid they actually work for a living. This is all disappointing. I’m glad I didn’t buy Ford and I bought a GMC no problems there yet, I hope the dealership learns some manners and credits my cousin back with the money that she should not have paid this was ridiculou, Uncalled for unprofessional. I’m done ranting for now.

    Update:
Don contacted my cousin and he took care of the problem thank you
