  1. Jobspring has treated me very well both in front of and behind the interviewing table. They have a consistent, professional demeanor about them and are extremely meticulous about selecting people who are the right fit for prospective positions.

    I was first introduced to Jobspring during my time as a software engineering manager. Brian placed excellent candidates who were not only technically proficient, but were also great culture fits. Every candidate came in highly-motivated and ready to work hard, and their continuing thirst for excellence helped each of them go on to do great things with my team. We never had a bad hire through Jobspring.

    Later, when I began seeking new opportunities, I went to Jobspring for my job-seeking needs. My experience has been excellent. From the other side of the table, Brian and Kyle were both professional, empathetic, and ultimately concerned with placing me in a position where I could not only earn a competitive salary, but where I could thrive professionally and personally. They worked with me to refine my interviewing skills, briefed me before each interview, debriefed me after each interview, and walked me through the process of determining whether each place was truly the right fit for me.   2. I’ve worked with Jobspring twice now and both times I’ve been extremely happy with their service. The first time with Brian, and the second with Brian and Kyle.

    They really take their time to try to know their candidates and build a relationship with them. They genuinely want what’s best for their candidate and they don’t pressure them into into just taking any job just so Jobspring can get paid. When I most recently worked with them, I ended up accepting an offer I found on my own. They were very understanding and told me I should do what’s best for my career.

    Although the recruiters at Jobspring don’t have a technical background, they do try to learn as much about the tech world as possible. They’re very knowledgeable about all the different technologies the industry is using right now, and have some understanding on what those technologies do. Some of them have even admitted to taking online programming classes. I really appreciate this. Not only does this allow them to have more informed conversations when trying to match up candidates with companies, but it also seems like they really try to relate to and understand their candidates.

    Overall, Jobspring recruiters are very friendly, professional, understanding, and genuinely invested in your career. I intended to work with them every time I need a change in my career.

  3. It was a great experience to work with Jobspring Partners and Richard De Leon. A few weeks ago, I was contacted by Richard for a job opportunity. I was not ready for a new job at the moment, but Richard was really nice and patient. So I decided to give a try. Richard was accurate on his description about the position and it was a fantastic company with lots of enthusiastic people and opportunities. I had the best interview experience so far and it turned out to be start of a great venture.

    Things that impressed me about Jobspring Partners:
    1) Efficiency. I got updates from Richard almost everyday. It took only 4 days for me to pass two rounds of screening and the final round of interview; it took another 2 days for me to receive the official offer.
    2) Communication skill. Richard is a great communicator. I enjoyed each conversation and email with him and it was like with a good friend.
    3) Dedication. Richard was devoted to his job and cared about details.

  4. As you all know, looking for a job is hard work–but Jobspring has made it incredibly easy for me! After I sent over my resume, Will and his team asked me for a face to face, and through really getting to know me, they were able to recommend the best viable options for my job search. Immediately the next day, they got a phone interview prepared for me. And in the following days they prepared many more interviews. Finally, they found the perfect company for me to work at. Throughout the whole process, Will and his team continually kept in touch and really helped me through this whole process.
