The workers are very rude and unprofessional, even the management stands around talking about how they canāt wait to be off and go on break. The register ladies do not interact whatsoever with the customer and take their sweet time to ring you up. Most of the times only one register is open . Very disappointing in comparison to other Ross stores .
Sorry for all the writing and for censoring my face, but Selma Ross is awesome, itās big, it has valuable products, awesome clothes for you to try on, drippy fits, sporting stuff and interior is good, floors clean, shelves clean, fitting rooms clean, everything including service was good.
Grateful to have a Ross in Selma. Itās clean and like other Rosses. They just donāt have as much as stores in Fresno of course.
Ross Dress for less has a hands-on approach for customer service. Excellent customer service. Well done.
Some of the girls who work here are pretty rude, and thereās always one register open when the line is super long.
