  1. I love Zara clothes. However the return policy is completely trash! I went in today to EXCHANGE my daughters school clothes that didnā€™t fit.. EXCHANGE, I didnā€™t even want my money back I just wanted to exchange them. To my surprise, the donā€™t do exchanges! They have to return it back to your form of payment and you have to buy your new items separately. How does that even make sense!? 30 days for an online purchase to return and after 30 days I canā€™t even get store credit! They donā€™t offer store credit. After this verbal exchange with the cashier I was so baffled I asked to speak the a manager. I was greeted by a fair skinned woman with blue hair who told me that there is nothing she would be able to do itā€™s the company policy. To which my response was, ā€œ no where on my online receipt does it say 30 daysā€ (which it doesnā€™t) she proceeds to say ā€œ oh you have to click on the help desk and type in returnā€ lol wow really!? I have to scour your website to find your return policy. Love the clothes, beautiful store. But the customer service is crap!

  2. Bad return policy for online purchases, it only gives you 30 days to return. I tried returning it 2 days after the 30 days only because when I went online it said to return in store or ups but never had a warning that I had 30 days! Now Iā€™m stuck with a 40$ for no reason. This blows! Avoiding this place at all cost!

  3. Aesthetic wise this is a nice Zara, bigger than a few other locations Iā€™ve been to before.. HOWEVER the employees vibes were OFF! Out of the few employees we ran into whilst shopping around in the store only ONE was nice! the rest were very stand offish and rude. They came off as if they didnā€™t really want to interact/speak with us. One employee even left the register as she seen we were ready to checkout.. leaving us to head downstairs to the other checkout lane.. we get to that checkout and the girl helping us there didnā€™t even try to make eye contact with us, we tried to start the small casual conversation that typically happens when checking out ā€œHi how are you doingā€ ā€œdid you find everything okay?ā€conversation but even then she was stand offish šŸ˜.. all in all, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way! Iā€™ve worked a good amount of retail jobs for almost a decade and I strongly believe in GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I get being tired & having a long day but still even then you should be NICE!! Our experience at this location was not that. It wasnā€™t welcoming at all, and for that I felt the need to leave a review! Please do betteršŸ–¤
