We had such a great experience with the purchase of my sons first truck, with our salesman Ed, that we came back to purchase a new truck for my husband. Ed does such a great job of listening to our needs and wants. He is determined to get you in the ride of your life, and will not settle for less. He worked closely with the finance department, and talked all determining options and stayed along side us through the entire process. If I can control it, I will be sure to make all my future purchases with Hendrick Chevrolet, and request as our salesman every time. The process both times has been very smooth and easy, and make sure that we stay comfortable and satisfied through the entire process.
Alex is a great salesman. Did not expect to be leaving with a brand new truck. Was just seeing what was out there. He made it easy to fall in love with a 2024 Chevrolet 2500. We told him what all we would like to have. He said I got one in mind. That is when I saw her and the rest is history.
Great overall experience with Hendrick Chevy’s service department in Hoover. Brian Bouchillon was spot on with communication and was very accommodating. He got me in and out of there without any conflict. Highly recommended!
Would rate -5 stars, bought new Denali ultimate 2500 , been nothing but issues. Had to get another place to fix it the truck costing me money out of my pocket after breaking down out of town at 4800 miles (bought truck with 100 miles) . Took my truck in to be serviced today spilled DEF fluid all down the side of my truck, didn’t reset any of my lights. Would not buy, or allow them to service my stuff anymore. Will be contacting gm directly about my issues. Tried to speak with a manager and just got put on hold for a very extended time. 10/10 do not recommend. Will spend my 103k with someone else.
