You guys need to be more focused on your customers and taking care of claims better, faster, and with better communication than traveling. I’m still waiting on a claim for theft. You guys have everything you need and a police report. It’s been over a week, and your employees don’t like giving up dates or responding back in a timely manner, if not at all. Big scam !
Getting a quote and details about the quote were extremely easy with this company. They provided the lowest rate, with the most coverage, for far less than any other insurance company that we contacted. We are a small production company and needed general liability insurance and they had the absolute best policy. Their service and communication is outstanding. There was never any lag in getting information and policy documents.
Just beware: Next Insurance offers poor & bad customer service! After canceling our policy with them, their email & harassments to audit “without any legal grounds of course”, starts & they will try SO hard to get you back to resign or else..LOL…
Anyways, Our legal is working on this issue and we will make them stop.

Impossible to get in contact with! Their phone system is horrible and roundabout. I have been trying to get in contact to cancel my policy for MONTHS! For some reason, the only page that won’t load in my portal is the one to cancel my policy! It has been like this for months. I am frustrated!
