65 West is the best Auto Service shop in Greenville Alabama. We were traveling from Texas to Virginia when our vehicle broke down and would not start after stopping at a local rest area. It was recommended to us that we have our vehicle towed to 65 West Auto for repairs. When we arrived I was meet by the service manager who assured us they would take care of our problem and get us back on the road. That was a great relief for us. When I went out to check on my vehicle they were already working on the repair. Turns out the starter went bad and they replaced it right away. WOW what a great group of people at 65 West Auto. In 4 hours or less from beginning to end we were back on the road. I can’t think them enough for their kindness they showed to both myself and my wife. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto repairs. Their service and care was impeccable not only to us but to everyone we saw coming in for their vehicle service. I want to thank James B, Geoffrey and Mike for all their hard work.

I recently experienced a mechanical issue with my vehicle on I-65 coming back home from Mobile. I got off at the nearest exit which was the Greenville Alabama exit. I was able to get to the Advance Auto where Wade was able to hook up the diagnostic tool and give us the codes. He spoke very highly of 65 Auto so I decided to go there first thing in the morning as it was Sunday and everything was closed. We arrived at 7 AM the next morning and were promptly helped by an extremely nice gentleman. We were 2 ladies traveling alone and I felt like they went out of their way to help us. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it so we could get back on the road to get home. The car did great the rest of the way home.
The facility is large with lots of seating, spotless and clean, with TVs and free coffee. What more can you ask for while waiting for your car to get fixed?
I would send anyone, including my elderly mother, here to do business with these ethical people.
My air conditioning broke about 30 minutes into a ten hour drive. I stopped in greenville and found 65 South Services. I had my 3 month old, 10 year old, 14 year old, and husband in the car and we were all sweating on our way to my grandma’s funeral. They were able to fix my AC in about an hour and a half. I don’t think they usually do walk-ins, but they made an exception for my circumstances. I wish I could do more for them than leave them a glowing review. Thank you so much for helping us!
Facility is clean and well organized. Staff was pleasant and professional. Didn’t have to wait long. It’s more expensive than expected but Im satisfied with service received.
Service was really good. And the man that talked to my boyfriend and me was very friendly. I will definitely recommend this store should I ever need to.
