We were unsure how to navigate the process of selling our home, and we didn’t want to pay a bunch of money to a realtor, so we looked up Oscar because of his 1% commission fee. He shocked us. He was full-service, super kind, efficient, AND affordable. He connected us with a handyman who fixed everything for us at a great price and got the house sell-able in like 10 days! Then, he worked to find us a buyer and got the total commission down to 2% total for the whole sale of the house (1% for the seller’s agent and 1% for the buyer’s agent)! We DEFINITELY would work with Oscar again.

  3. Oscar was excellent in guiding us through the process as first time homeowners. We had a lot of questions – he was able to break down the process in a way that was transparent, straight forward, and easy to understand. Throughout the process, Oscar was consistently responsive, proactive, and quick to respond to any question we had. Multiple obstacles popped up during closing that were completely out of our and his control. Oscar took full accountability to rectify all issues and get us into our new spot.   4. Oscar sold my house in 2021 and help me buy a house on a contingency sale which of anyone knows about contingencies they’re extremely stressful. Not with Oscar! He is top-notch he takes care of his business he’s highly communicative and more importantly he’s honest. I saw a review on here that referenced that he isn’t clear about the 1%. He’s very clear about the 1% if you get a contract with him it’s very clear how he gets paid. I would say that Oscar is in the top 1% percent of people when it comes to transparency and integrity. So maybe that’s ANOTHER reason his business name is 1% listing fee— because not only is he transparent he is also very refined in his negotiation tactics and doesn’t have to overcharge because he knows you will be a repeat customer if you have the opportunity to work with him just once!

  5. Where do I even begin! Oscar and his team were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! I talked to a few agents before finding Oscar that were not reliable and wouldn’t even return my phone calls. It was so frustrating and I was so thrilled when I found Oscar! He helped us find the absolute perfect home for me and my family! Since this was our first time buying, my husband and I had a ton of questions and Oscar was always available to answer them no matter what time or day it was. He even negotiated to get the exact purchase price we were hoping for! Absolutely AMAZING!
